Due to gym closures statewide in New York to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus,
I will be suspending all training of clients and indoor classes.
However, in an effort to help us stay fit and keep our sanity during this difficult period,
I will be conducting a few outdoor classes with limited enrollment.
New classes may be added if there is sufficient demand.

Back Yard Blast at The Lorture Chamber Estate
Classes will be in a HIIT format similar to my BURN and Boot Camp classes
You must agree to the following important requirements/restrictions to participate:
Tentative schedule: (weather and attendance permitting)
Tuesdays at 5:30pm
Thursdays at 5pm
Saturdays at 11am

You must receive confirmation from me to attend.
I am open to adding a few other times and days. Feel free to email me in the comments section below.
You must agree to the following important requirements/restrictions to participate:
- These would run only if weather permits (no rain/snow or super wet grass
- Even you are sneezing or coughing due to a cold or allergies, you will not be permitted to attend as you could potentially also be an a-symptomatic carrier of the virus which would make coughing or sneezing around the group dangerous.
- We will be maintaining at least 8 feet between each other.
- Due to above spacing, the maximum class size will be 5 people and the minimum 4 people.
- The cost per class is $10 on the day of the class, by Venmo, check or cash.
- In the event that we do not have 4 people available for a class, that class will be cancelled. However, if one or more of you would still like to workout, you can arrange a private session ($75), 3-person class ($20 per person), or 2-person class ($30 per person) with the remaining classmates or another person you would like to join us.
- There will unfortunately be no use of my gym or bathroom facilities (so sorry for this one)
- If possible, bring your own 2.5 to 5lb hand weights.
- If you do not have weights of your own, I will set aside a set for you that will be marked for your use, with the understanding that you will be responsible for cleaning them before and after class (I will provide cleaner) These will be designated on a first come first serve basis as I have limited equipment available, and will be stored in my garage in a bag with your name on it.
- You will bring your own mat or towel and water if desired
- I will provide steps and risers as needed as well as set them up and put them away to limit handling of the equipment.
