All you need for this fat fighting crusade is:
A Pair of Dumbbells (2-5 lbs)
Bench (optional)
   Courage (If you don't have this, just make it up!)

Sumo Squats with Bicep Curls-60 seconds
Squats with Chest Press-60 seconds
Knee to Elbow Plank-60 seconds
Squat Kicks with Overhead Press-60 seconds
Over-the-Top with Weighted Ball (or Dumbbell)-60 seconds
Punches-60 seconds
Lunge Knee Pulls (Double Lunges)-60 seconds
Standing Twist with Weighted Ball-60 seconds
Straddle Box Jumps-90 seconds
