Stay on the tips of your toes and imagine you are going to run forward through your arms.

1. Begin in a plank position with hands directly under shoulders and legs extended straight. Be sure to maintain core engagement by keeping shoulders over hands and resting on tips of toes. 2. Brace abdomen and draw knee in toward opposite elbow, keeping body in plank position and knees close to floor. Do not shift back from starting position with shoulders over hands. 3. Alternate knees for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Rest and repeat 3x. |
