Payment & Cancellation Policy

I really can't stand a lot of rules, but I do need to have some guidelines for payments and cancellations so that I can continue to provide professional service and flexible scheduling. I know unexpected things come up and I will do my best to work with your schedules, but please try to adhere to the following policies: 

  • Payments for single sessions are to be made at conclusion of each session.
  • Payments for bi-weekly sessions are to be made at conclusion of the last session of that week. 
  • Payments for prepaid packages are to be paid in full at beginning of first session.   
  • Small group sessions will be paid in full at onset of first class unless otherwise specified.  
  • Payments may be made by check or cash. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
  • Should you be unable to keep or reschedule one of your bi-weekly sessions during the same week, single session rates will apply.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session in order to avoid being charged for missed sessions. 
  • Makeups dates will be provided for sessions cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session.
