Bosu Bounce

Got a Bosu?
​Then let's bounce, baby!


​30:
Run on the Bosu for 30 seconds (alternating feet for 30 seconds, or leading with one foot, then the other for 15 seconds each).
20: Lateral lunges touching fingertips to Bosu for 20 seconds.
10: Quick side to side bounces,pulling arms across body.
Rest 15-30 seconds and repeat 8-10 times!

Fast Feet 


​No equipment necessary for this feet-don't-fail-me-now fat-fighter! 


30:
Alternate knee ups with arm pull from high to low for 30 seconds.
20: Alternate knee ups, hopping from one foot to the other at a quicker pace for 20 seconds.
10: Fast feet for 10 seconds.
Rest 15-30 seconds and repeat 8-10 times!

​All you need is YOU for this blazing blast off!


​30:
