It's Time for March Madness!
The FBL Zoom class schedule is now open for registration! $10 per class or $100 for Monthly Plan (20 livestream classes with unlimited access to class recordings available for the month) New schedule begins Monday, March 1st! Class Descriptions
Mondays @ 5:30pm: Step and Core Workout:
Basic step combination (even for non-steppers, I promise!) with a hard-core finish for fab abs.
Equipment: a step is recommended but class can be adapted to the floor as a low impact class. An 8”-9” rubber ball is recommended but not required for this class. (A large bath sheet, folded in thirds and rolled up can substitute for the ball.)
Tuesdays @ 5:30pm: HIIT (Hi Intensity Interval Training)
High Intensity Interval Training with a mix of cardio, core and strength drills in 3 rounds.
Equipment: a step and light hand weights are recommended but class can be adapted to the floor and done without weights.
Thursdays @ 5:30 pm: Boot Camp:
A short combo of basic step moves for cardio, light weight training for upper and lower body and core exercises in 7 rounds.
Equipment: a step and light hand weights are recommended but class can be adapted to the floor and done without weights. A 10” band, 8”-9” rubber ball and 55cm stability ball are recommended but not required for this class. (A large bath sheet, folded in thirds and rolled up can substitute for the ball and alternative equipment-free options will be provided)
Fridays @ 10 am: ABC Workout (Abs, Butts Cardio):
4 Rounds of cardio, glutes/legs and abs
Equipment: a step and light hand weights are recommended but class can be adapted to the floor and done without weights. A 10” band, 8”-9” rubber ball and 55cm stability ball are recommended but not required for this class. (A large bath sheet, folded in thirds and rolled up can substitute for the ball and alternative equipment-free options will be provided)

Has anyone seen my leg warmers?...
The year was 1981. I shifted nervously in the back of the room in my very first aerobics class. Dressed in white Velcro-strap sneakers, a body suit, elastic belt and leg warmers, I was sweating with anxiety that I wouldn't be able to keep up, that my thighs were too big, that I didn't belong...I was not an athlete. I was not a dancer. I was not self-confident, mentally tough, physically strong, or a real "go-getter". And then, with the scratch of a record needle, Diana Ross blared through the speakers, exclaiming "I'm Coming Out...” and I was.
Shortly thereafter, I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer and have been jumping, grunting and sweating ever since. Fitness By Loren is a resource for you of everything that has empowered me mentally and physically for more than 30 years. Whether you're an athlete, a dancer, or a back-of-the-room-hider like me, my intention is to create a community in which we can share our common goals for strong bodies, hearts, and minds.
