Nine times out of ten, the thing that's missing from your workouts is INTENSITY. Whether you do just a little bit of something or a lot of something, 
if there's no intensity, chances are it won't amount to much of anything. Consider this: 
Any amount times zero equals zippo, nada, zilch.
