Loren Martz

Loren Martz is an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer with 40 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her classes include Step Aerobics, HIIT, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Core Conditioning, Strength Training and Race Walking. Known for her high energy, form-focused workouts, she coaches students of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals through motivation, determination and perspiration. Loren is the owner of a coaching business, Fitness By Loren, and has returned to teaching in-person and live stream classes at the new Hollywood Health Club in Long Beach, NY.
